  • 8 ounces spaghetti (or preferred pasta)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold cooked spaghetti into the mixture until combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish and top with extra cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
