Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or pack evenly into the loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze.
  5. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 40-45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Apply the remaining glaze during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to ensure juiciness.
