  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 23 Tbsp Sriracha, to spice preference
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook until dark green and slightly browned—about 4–5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce over cooked chicken in the skillet and stir until thickened.
  5. Add broccoli back into the skillet, combining thoroughly before serving.
