  • 1/2 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional for lime dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional for lime dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional for lime dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for lime dressing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional for lime dressing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional for lime dressing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, chipotle peppers, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
