1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add olive oil and water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into circles about ¼ inch thick.
Place mozzarella and ricotta cheese in the center of each circle, followed by bell peppers and olives if desired. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Fold the dough over and pinch edges tightly to seal.
