  2. Prepare the butter layer by rolling cold butter between parchment paper into a square shape and refrigerate.

  4. Create turns by rolling out the dough into long rectangles and folding it over itself three times with refrigeration in between.
  5. Shape the dough into rectangles, fill with chocolate, roll them up, and let proof for an hour.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
