  • 1 lb yakisoba or linguine noodles
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
