Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the egg, honey, Greek yogurt, milk, melted oil, and vanilla extract; whisk until smooth.
