  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag tightly and shake gently to coat.
  3. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
  6. Grill pineapple chunks alongside for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
