  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber (grated and squeezed)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 4 naan bread/pita
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 English cucumber (diced)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted and halved)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • Fresh parsley/dill (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken; coat well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
