  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter or olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in half of the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and toss well to coat. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
