  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef mixture.
  4. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into 12 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle and fold edges over the filling, sealing tightly.
  7. Arrange sealed balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
