3/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup almond butter
3–4 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
Berries of choice for topping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until a sticky dough forms. Adjust with more almond butter or honey if too dry.
Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Spoon the granola mixture into each cup and press firmly to create a base.
Add Greek yogurt on top of the granola base in each cup.
Top with your choice of berries and extra granola if desired.
Freeze for at least 4 hours until set. Allow to thaw slightly before serving.
