Instructions

  2. Add cold water gradually until dough forms. Divide into two halves, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out one half of the dough and fit it into a greased baking dish. Add the apple mixture.
  5. Roll out the second half of dough and cover the filling; crimp edges to seal.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown; cool before cutting into bars.
