- 4 tsp minced ginger
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 12 oz linguine noodles
- Green onions and toasted sesame seeds for garnish
- In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef with ginger and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook linguine noodles as per package instructions.
- Mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and hoisin sauce in a small bowl. Add to the skillet with cooked beef.
- Sauté for about three minutes until flavors meld.
