  • 2 tablespoons olive oil – divided
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 pound ground turkey – like 93/7
  • 1 large egg – lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté diced green bell pepper and onion in olive oil until soft; let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, remaining olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4–5 mini loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush with glaze made from ketchup, chili sauce, maple syrup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
