Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix torn bread, minced garlic, grated onion, parsley, cheese, salt, egg, and Worcestershire sauce until combined. Add the ground beef and blend gently.
  2. Roll the mixture into 3/4-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet. Optionally brown in olive oil for two minutes.
