  • Pink frosting
  • Purple frosting
  • Green frosting
  • Jelly beans
  • 4 vegan marshmallows (Bunny Peeps)

Instructions

  1. Bake 24 cupcakes using your preferred cake mix according to package instructions and let them cool completely.
  2. Arrange the cooled cupcakes in a bowl shape for the basket’s base and arch the top cupcakes for the handle.
  3. Pipe pink frosting on the top cupcakes to create the basket handle using a Wilton 1M piping tip.
  4. Use purple frosting to pipe rosettes on the bottom of the basket.
  5. Pipe green frosting on top using a Wilton 233 piping tip to create grass-like tufts.
  6. Add small pink flowers around the purple base with pink frosting.
  7. Decorate with jelly beans around the grass and place Bunny Peeps on top.
