  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 1 cup toasted almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch square pan and chill for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the ganache by melting chocolate with cream and butter over simmering water; mix until smooth and let cool.
  3. Prepare the caramel by melting sugar until amber, then whisk in butter and cream. Let thicken slightly.
