Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Trim the stem ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this over the seasoned sprouts and toss gently to ensure it sticks.
