  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry and coating it with flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add diced tomatoes and flour; stir well.
  4. Gradually mix in heavy cream and white grape juice; season with Italian seasoning, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain and toss into the sauce along with the cooked chicken. Heat together for a few minutes before serving.
