  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 100g cheese (grated, like mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until soft; then stir in spinach until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in grated cheese and cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
