1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping everything. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and let it heat up. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
