  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
