  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the heavy cream and white chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
  2. Cover the ganache and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop, portion and roll ganache into balls.
  4. Chill rolled truffles for another 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Dip each truffle and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Optionally, garnish with extra orange zest before serving.
