  • 1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups half & half
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 16 ounces fresh spinach leaves (or frozen leaf spinach)
  • 5 strips crispy turkey bacon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the flour to form a paste, then gradually add half & half and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until well combined; adjust creaminess if needed.
  5. Add the spinach in batches, stirring until wilted.
  6. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and optional seasoning blend.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Finish with crispy diced turkey bacon.
