  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups imitation crab (chopped)
  • 34 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 34 tablespoons garlic chili oil
  • green onions (for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange sliced wonton wrappers in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for about 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese and heavy cream. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder; whisk until smooth.
  5. Once wonton chips are baked, spread the cream cheese mixture over each chip.
  6. Top with chopped imitation crab, drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garlic chili oil.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
