  • 10 vanilla Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz almond bark or white chocolate candy melts
  • Red food coloring
  • Green sanding sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Crumble the Christmas tree cakes into fine crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix with a hand mixer until a dough-like consistency forms.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to form tablespoon-sized balls and roll them smooth. Place on the baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt almond bark or white chocolate in intervals until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. For decoration, add red food coloring to remaining chocolate, drizzle over truffles, and sprinkle with green sanding sugar.
