  • 7 ounces dark chocolate melting wafers
  • 5 ounces soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers
  • Confetti sprinkles
  • Nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your candy mold by placing it on a stiff baking sheet.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments until smooth.
  3. Coat the inside of each mold with melted chocolate and chill for 10 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, melt soft caramels with heavy cream over medium heat until smooth; mix in chopped pecans.
  5. Fill the molds with the caramel mixture, leaving space at the top.
  6. Top each mold with remaining melted chocolate and chill for another 20 minutes.
  7. Carefully unmold and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles if desired.
