  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone muffin cups by placing them on a baking tray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice; mix until smooth.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short increments until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into each muffin cup to cover the bottom. Add a spoonful of pumpkin filling on top and cover with more melted chocolate.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
