  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 package (6-8 count) Peep brand vegan marshmallows
  • ½ cup Easter Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt; gradually incorporate into wet mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles gently.
  5. Portion dough into rounds and stuff each with a Peep; chill for at least two hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), line baking sheets with parchment paper, then bake for 14–16 minutes.
  7. Cool on trays before transferring to wire racks.
