  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar (optional)
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, rice apple vinegar, and garlic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the pan: In a wok or large cooking pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add garlic to the heated oil, followed by the marinated chicken. Stir fry for about 2 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Stir fry zucchini: Add more oil if necessary and cook sliced zucchini for about 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Combine everything: Return the chicken to the pan with zucchini, add oyster sauce, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until well mixed.
