  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 12 thin slices deli chicken
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the croissants in half and arrange the bottoms in a baking dish.
  2. Layer each croissant bottom with 2 slices of chicken and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Place the tops on.
  3. Mix melted butter, honey, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Brush over the croissant tops and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly. If browning too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
