  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • ½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  2. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
  3. Slice the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow out centers using hands or a spoon.
  4. Brush inside and edges of each roll with melted butter mixed with garlic and herb seasoning.
  5. Toast bread bowls on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine drained pasta, cooked chicken, and alfredo sauce in a skillet; stir until well combined.
  7. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the creamy mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. Return filled bowls to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
