  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture and shape into taco shells on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  4. For the filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  5. For the cookie dough, cream butter with sugars; mix in vanilla and heat-treated flour. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
