- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to form pockets without cutting through.
