Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the croissants.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the skillet.
  3. Cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes until edges set, then gently lift edges to let uncooked egg flow.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, fold eggs, and set aside.
  5. Slice croissants horizontally and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes until warm.
  6. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves and Dijon mustard on top halves. Layer with cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and scrambled eggs.
  7. Press together gently, serve immediately while warm.
