  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine 3 cups of blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until simmering.
  3. Whisk cornstarch with water and add to the blueberry mixture until thickened; fold in remaining blueberries.

  5. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
