  • 8 strips turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 1/3 cup green onions (diced)
  • 2/3 pint grape tomatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 1 avocado (diced)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and diced green onions to the bowl and mix well. Gently fold in halved grape tomatoes.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as desired. Just before serving, add the diced avocado and gently mix or layer on top.
