  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup instant vanilla pudding mix

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 Tablespoon corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup blackberry filling (reserved from filling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry filling by cooking blackberries with sugar, cornstarch, salt, and warm water until thickened. Let cool.
  2. Activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar; wait until frothy.
  3. Mix instant vanilla pudding, warmed milk, melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, and salt in a large bowl. Add activated yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually incorporate flour until a smooth dough forms; knead until elastic.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  6. Spread cooled blackberry filling over the cinnamon layer, roll tightly into a log, and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish to rise for 30 minutes; preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For frosting: blend cream cheese and softened butter, then mix in corn syrup, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar until creamy.
  9. Frost warm rolls generously before serving.
