  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with half of the chocolate chips until glossy.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and then mix in the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined; fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out slightly clean.
  7. Let cool for about 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack; cut into squares when completely cool.
