  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • Juice of lime
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if using) until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add shredded Brussels sprouts; season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and golden (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Return the beef to the skillet; stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through.
