  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare an air fryer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced salmon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roll each piece of salmon in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Place the coated salmon bites on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for about 12 minutes or air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the salmon bites hot with the sauce drizzled on top.
