Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently; avoid overmixing.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together chopped walnuts, chopped pistachios, chopped almonds, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter until evenly distributed.
