  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for searing)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha (if using), and black pepper.
