  • 1 (12-oz.) jar artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 (8-oz.) block feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drain and coarsely chop the artichoke hearts. Mince the garlic cloves.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichokes, minced garlic, parsley, olives, mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, salt, olive oil, pine nuts, crumbled feta, shredded mozzarella, and Greek yogurt.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with crostini or pita.
