  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice off the top of the small pumpkin and scoop out the seeds and stringy insides.
