  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and place skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Distribute chunks of Boursin cheese evenly over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes if desired for a golden top.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving and garnish with parsley if using.
