  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 12 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just combined. Fold in the spiced apple chunks.
  6. Fill muffin tins about 3/4 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over warm muffins.
